The Glow Journal Rules

  1. Weight Check (if weight loss is the goal)

    • Write your weight on Day 1.

    • Re-check once a week (same time of day).

  2. Netflix Star Mindset 🎬

    • Pretend you’re the main character in a Netflix show with millions watching:

      • Do you skip the gym or go?

      • Do you enjoy the moment & eat, or feel guilty later?

      • Do you dress your best, or look careless?

      • Do you cry, or smile through it?

      • Are you a mean-girl, or a girl’s girl?

    • Always pick the Glow Club star version of yourself.

  3. Daily Writing (every single day, no excuses)

    • What you ate

    • Who you saw

    • Your steps

    • Your workout

    • What you wore

    • Your spending

    • Any savings transfer you made

  4. Monthly Ritual 🎁

    • At the end of every month, review your journal.

    • Reward yourself with a thoughtful gift (big or small, but special).
