Autumn reminds us that beauty comes from letting go and aligning with what truly nourishes us. This week is about grounding rituals and aligning with your glow-up identity.

Daily Rituals & Prompts

1. Morning Breathwork (5 minutes)

Inhale for 4, hold 4, exhale 6. Repeat x5.

Notice how your body softens into the day.

2. Seasonal Nourishment

Add one grounding autumn food daily (pumpkin, squash, roasted root veg, apples, cinnamon tea).

Write how it made you feel.

3. Glow Journal Prompt

What am I ready to release this season?

What am I choosing to align with?

4. Connection Ritual

Share warmth with someone: a coffee, a text, or a kind word.

Write who you connected with.

5. Evening Unwind (Phone-free 1 hr before bed)

Candle / tea / journaling moment.

Weekly Focus

  • Skill & Soul: Learn one new grounding habit (herbal tea, stretching, meditation track).

  • Style & Space: Switch one piece in your wardrobe/home to reflect autumn coziness.

  • Social Glow: Share your autumn ritual with a friend (invite them to join).

  • Self-Image: Write 5 “I am” statements that root you in confidence.
